UTV's with a windshield ora top, you must loosen and then re-attach windshield/top after attaching gun rack. Sometimes this gun rack will easily slide on the roll cage bars without having to lose the windshield or the top. It just depends on what brand windshield or roof you have. No big deal. No drilling bolt holes. All you need is a wrench.
